  • diversity: Numeric, mean estimated Hill diversity value

  • method: Factor, standardization method ("effort", "size", or "coverage")

  • xax: Numeric, number of transects in subsamples, mean number of individuals in subsamples, or mean sample coverage of subsamples

  • obsshan: Numeric, mean observed Hill-Shannon diversity
